A1: You can place an order by selecting the desired Men’s Jacket on our website, adding it to your cart, and completing checkout using the available payment methods. No account creation is required.

A2: Orders can be modified or canceled within a few hours of placement if the item has not been shipped. Once the order is processed or dispatched, changes or cancellations are not possible.
